During this period of lock down, many people are living independently, some are with loved ones and some are with others they wouldn’t chose to be living with during this period. Life can be difficult for a multitude of reasons so here are some ideas, websites, links to videos that maybe useful to find some self-compassion.

One technique is to practise the ‘Self Compassion Break’ developed by Dr Kristin Neff.
